Terms of Service

Welcome to LifeRestart. These Terms are the agreement between you and LifeRestart ("we") regarding your use of the LifeRestart mobile app and the liferestart.59et.com website (together, the "Service"). By registering or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

LifeRestart is a 50-day habit-building and self-management tool offering challenge creation, daily check-ins, stats, an AI coach, community sharing and paid add-ons. The Service does not constitute medical, psychological or professional health advice; please consult a professional if needed.

2. Account

• You need a valid email to register, and must keep your password safe. Actions taken through your account are considered your own.
• You must provide truthful, lawful registration information and must not impersonate others.
• If you find your account compromised, contact us immediately.

3. User content & community guidelines

• The check-in records, text and images you create in the Service belong to you. Content you actively publish to the community is deemed authorization for us to display it within the Service.
• Posting illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, harassing, spam or otherwise inappropriate content is prohibited.
• We may hide or remove content that violates the guidelines, and may restrict or terminate the related account depending on severity.

4. Subscription & payment

• Pro subscriptions are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play; prices are as shown on the store page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel anytime in the store's subscription management, and Pro benefits remain until the end of the current period.
• Refunds follow the rules of the respective app store.

5. AI-generated content notice

The AI coach and weekly reports are generated automatically by artificial intelligence based on your challenge and check-in data. They are for reference only and may be inaccurate. AI suggestions do not change your plan automatically; any change takes effect only after you confirm it. Do not rely on AI suggestions for medical or professional decisions.

6. Prohibited conduct

• You must not reverse-engineer the Service, scrape data or take actions that disrupt normal operation.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual property

The software, interface design, brand marks and non-user-generated content of the Service are our intellectual property. They may not be copied, modified or used commercially without permission.

8. Disclaimer

• We strive to keep the Service stable but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free; we are not liable for indirect losses caused by maintenance, upgrades or force majeure.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes & termination

• We may revise these Terms from time to time; significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and continued use is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
• You may stop using the Service and delete your account anytime; if you seriously violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate the Service to you.
